RFA 37 saw the organization crown its first ever light heavyweight champion. Devin Clark defeated Rafael Viana with second round TKO to become the new champion. Clark and Viana exchanged a flurry of strikes for the first two rounds but a broken finger caused Viana the bout has he was unable to answer the bell for the third round.
