Just when you think Dan Henderson has seen his last days in MMA, his right hand reminds all of us just how dangerous he can be. Coming into Saturday’s night main even with Tim Boetsch, Henderson had one win in his last six bouts. All the talk leading up to the bout was if Henderson had anything left in the tank after 17 years of active competition. Well “Hendo” put those questions to rest, at least for the time being, with a knockout win over Boetsch.
Though it only lasted 28-seconds, their fight was full of action. Henderson showed a full range of striking by mixing knees but it was his patented “H-Bomb” that did the job. The main event reflected the entire card as 10 of the 12 fights ended by either knockout or submission. Below are the full results for UFC Fight Night in New Orleans.
