Things got very heated at the official UFC Fight Night weigh-ins on Friday. The main event for tomorrow’s card will be headlined by a straw-weight championship bout between Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Jessica Penne. Joanna is known for her intense stare downs as she likes to bend at the knees and get right in the face of her opponent. The trend continued with her stare down against Jessica Penne. But Penne herself is a tough veteran of the sport and did not take kindly to Joanna getting up close and personal.

The days and weeks leading up to this title bout Joanna had posted images and videos of herself eating pasta, the joke being Penne’s last name. Penne responded by calling Joanna the “Lord of the Rings” character Gollum.

After the two finished their stare down, Joanna presented Penne with a necklace made of pasta like something an elementary school student would make. Penne, not to be out done, presented Joanna with a ring to bring to mind her comparisons of Joanna and Gollum. You can see the exchange and the rest of the official weigh-in results below.
