It has been less than two weeks since his loss to Rafael Dos Anjos but Donald Cerrone is already looking to get back inside the octagon. Cerrone took to his Instagram account to express his desire to fight and dropped a hint as when his fans can expect an announcement.

In the photo’s caption Cerrone writes, “They call I say yes”. It is safe to assume that the “They” he is referring to is the UFC. He is well known for his quick turnarounds and has stated numerous times that he wants to fight as often as possible. He has been averaging four fights a year for the past two years now and it looks like he will keep that same pace for 2016.

Cerrone received a shot at the UFC’s lightweight title on December 19 but turned in a rather disappointing performance as he was defeated by champion Rafael Dos Anjos in just 66-seconds. During the post fight press conference Cerrone expressed disappointment in his performance but tipped his hat to Dos Anjos. It really is no surprise that “Cowboy” would want to get the bad taste of defeat out of his mouth. The only thing left to wonder is who he will face next and when.
